About the Journal

Objective and Scope

Science Portal, is an international journal of academic research and blind peer-reviewed. It is dedicated to publish and disseminate high quality scientific research papers in the broad field of Multidisciplinary Areas on a biannual basis (January-June and July-December, visibility of published articles is from the first day of the semester). It aims to publish peer-reviewed original research, theoretical and practical advances. In addition, as a fundamental aspect of the journal is to provide a platform for scientists and scholars from all over the world to promote, share and discuss various new findings and developments in different areas of knowledge. Articles are published under the Creative Commons license.

Aim: The aims of this open access, blind peer-reviewed journal are as follows:

To publish full-length original, theoretical and experimental research articles.
To disseminate original research, scientific research and applied research with new empirically well-conceived findings.
To provide an international platform for researchers, engineers, scientists, academics, industrialists and policy makers to publish new findings with a strong empirical component.

Periodicity

The Science Portal Journal, assuming the commitment to support the dissemination of research, the editorial committee has decided that, starting with volume 6, the publication frequency will be quarterly (January-March, April-June, July-September and October-December); the issues will be visible from the first day of publication of each issue (January 1st; April 1st; July 1st and October 1st).

Source of income

Science Portal, is part of the patrimony of the Instituto Tecnológico Superior Jubones and as such, has an annual financial budget allocated for expenses generated throughout the year, such as payments to the web system where the magazine is hosted, computer maintenance, payment in the cloud for content preservation, payment for content design and others.

Advertising

The international visibility of Science Portal is generated by its multiple access platforms (pdf, xml), in different academic social networks (ResearchGate, Google scholar) and generic (Lindekin, Facebook), author identifiers (ORCID, ResearcherID). It does not accept external advertising of any kind.

Likewise, the portal does not accept advertising of any kind on its website.

Charges or fees for authors

Science Portal, is part of the patrimony of the Instituto Tecnológico Superior Jubones and as such, has an annual financial budget allocated for expenses generated throughout the year, such as payments to the web system where the journal is hosted, computer maintenance, cloud payment for content preservation, payment for content design, promotion, among others. Therefore, the submission and/or publication of manuscripts, for authors and readers, has no cost.

Rejection rate

According to the statistics of reception, acceptance and rejection of articles received, the rejection rate is 30.88%.
