El tándem Alemania-Francia y la crisis de la Eurozona

Para comprender el desarrollo de las negociaciones entre el Mercosur y la Unión Europea es necesario conocer las relaciones al interior de estos dos bloques. Por la parte europea se encuentra la centralidad del tándem Alemania-Francia, en contraposición a un tándem Brasil-Argentina por el lado del Mercosur. El objetivo de este trabajo de revisión bibliográfica es analizar la dinámica de funcionamiento del mencionado tándem europeo en el contexto de la crisis de la Eurozona. En este estudio se empleó una metodología con enfoque descriptivo sustentada en los métodos de revisión documental y hermenéutico; así como en la técnica de análisis de contenido. Se concluye que las tensiones, alineamientos y realineamientos nacionales durante la mencionada crisis ofrecen el material necesario para analizar la crisis de liderazgo europeo a la par de la conformación de diferentes coaliciones (acreedores vs. deudores, contributarios netos vs. receptores netos, defensores de la política agraria común vs. opositores a la misma, entre otras). La crisis del tándem franco-alemán profundizó la dualización del continente, diferenciándose dos bloques, uno en el sur, que incluye a Francia, y otro alrededor del sistema productivo alemán, con relaciones comerciales al interior de los mismos.
