O conjunto Alemanha-França e a crise da zona euro

Resumo

Para compreender o desenvolvimento das negociações entre o Mercosul e a União Europeia é necessário conhecer as relações dentro destes dois blocos. Do lado europeu está a centralidade do conjunto Alemanha-França, em oposição ao conjunto Brasil-Argentina do lado do Mercosul. O objetivo desta revisão bibliográfica é analisar a dinâmica de funcionamento do referido conjunto europeu no contexto da crise da Zona Euro. Neste estudo foi utilizada metodologia com abordagem descritiva apoiada em revisão documental e métodos hermenêuticos; bem como na técnica de análise de conteúdo. Conclui-se que as tensões, alinhamentos e realinhamentos nacionais durante a referida crise oferecem o material necessário para analisar a crise da liderança europeia juntamente com a formação de diferentes coligações (credores vs. devedores, contribuintes líquidos vs. beneficiários líquidos, defensores da propriedade agrária comum política versus oponentes de la, entre outros). A crise do conjunto franco-alemão aprofundou a dualização do continente, diferenciando dois blocos, um no sul, que inclui a França, e outro em torno do sistema de produção alemão, com relações comerciais dentro deles.
