How Entrepreneurial Learning Shapes Entrepreneurial Intentions: Evidence from the Theory of Planned Behavior in Higher Education
Como a aprendizagem empreendedora molda as intenções empreendedoras: evidências da teoria do comportamento planeado no ensino superior

Este estudo visa examinar a influência da aprendizagem empreendedora na intenção empreendedora entre estudantes do Departamento de Gestão de Sistemas de Informação e Comunicação (IESMS) da Universidade de Tlemcen, avaliando os efeitos mediadores da autoeficácia, das normas subjetivas e do controlo comportamental percebido dentro da estrutura da Teoria do Comportamento Planeado. Foi empregue um desenho de investigação quantitativa, não experimental, utilizando dados de questionários recolhidos junto de 412 estudantes. Os dados foram analisados através de uma análise de mediação utilizando a macro PROCESS de Hayes para o SPSS (Modelo 4) para avaliar as relações diretas e indiretas entre a aprendizagem empreendedora e a intenção empreendedora. Os resultados indicam um efeito direto limitado da aprendizagem empreendedora na intenção empreendedora, enquanto efeitos indiretos mais fortes foram observados através do aumento da autoeficácia, das normas subjetivas e do controlo comportamental percebido. Os resultados destacam a importância das abordagens de aprendizagem experiencial e transformadora no fortalecimento da motivação empreendedora entre os estudantes. Este estudo pode contribuir para a educação empreendedora, políticas de ensino superior e desenvolvimento de ecossistemas empreendedores, fornecendo informação para o planeamento curricular e mecanismos de apoio institucional em universidades de países em desenvolvimento. A originalidade desta investigação reside na integração de múltiplos mediadores psicológicos para explicar como a aprendizagem empreendedora molda a intenção empreendedora em contextos universitários de países em desenvolvimento.
