Resumen

Con el surgimiento de la inteligencia artificial generativa desde 2022, tanto empresas, ciudadanos como gobiernos están tratando de entender cómo esta tecnología impactará en sus vidas. Numerosas empresas están modificando sus procesos y adaptándose a las nuevas tecnologías generadas por la inteligencia artificial, los gobiernos están intentando emitir regulaciones y controles para proteger los datos de los usuarios, y los ciudadanos experimentamos una invasión masiva de plataformas y productos digitales que nos acercan cada vez más a la inteligencia artificial. Sin embargo, conocemos poco sobre la dirección que tomará esta tecnología y cómo esta innovación afecta simultáneamente los procesos y las personas. Este artículo pretende arrojar luz para comprender este fenómeno proponiendo el modelo de las cuatro hélices de innovación en este campo. Nuestros hallazgos confirman que la inteligencia artificial generativa es un catalizador de cambios en todos los niveles y debe ser considerada como tal.
