A Hélice Quádrupla na Era da IA Generativa: Uma Estrutura para Entender a Dinâmica de Inovação Multissetorial

Com o surgimento da inteligência artificial generativa a partir de 2022, empresas, cidadãos e governos estão tentando entender como essa tecnologia impactará suas vidas. Várias empresas estão modificando seus processos e se adaptando às novas tecnologias geradas pela inteligência artificial, governos estão tentando emitir regulamentações e controles para proteger os dados dos usuários, e os cidadãos estão vivenciando uma invasão massiva de plataformas e produtos digitais que nos aproximam cada vez mais da inteligência artificial. No entanto, sabemos pouco sobre a direção que essa tecnologia tomará e como essa inovação afeta simultaneamente processos e pessoas. Este artigo tem como objetivo lançar luz sobre esse fenômeno propondo o modelo de quatro hélices de inovação neste campo. Nossas descobertas confirmam que a IA generativa é um catalisador de mudanças em todos os níveis e deve ser considerada como tal.
