Open access policy

This journal provides immediate free access to its content under the principle that making research freely available to the public, which fosters a greater exchange of global knowledge, therefore, it is an Open Access journal, available in free access (Open Access ) without time restrictions and is included in databases such as Latindex, ICI and Open Access repositories.
You do not need to register to read or download any part of the published article and our policies.
Creative Commons License (CC)
Society & Technology journal publishes a large number of titles under open access licenses that are already available on the Journal's Official Site, through the Open Journal System (OJS) platform. During the coming months, this digital heritage will continue to grow with new publications at the International Level.
Most of these titles are in open access under a specially adapted Creative Commons license, which allows any user to download, copy, distribute, translate, reuse, adapt and develop their content at no cost. The only conditions required when granting the CC-BY-NC-SA attribution licence are those detailed on the corresponding page.
Creative Commons licenses are model contracts that serve to publicly grant the right to use a publication protected by copyright. The fewer restrictions a license implies, the greater the possibilities of using and distributing content.
Open access publications of the Society & Technology journal require additional conditions for the use of their content. These additional conditions depend on the type of license granted, as explained below:

Users can mix, transform and create from the content of our publication for non-commercial purposes, under the condition that any derivative work from the original publication is distributed under the same CC-BY-NC-SA license. The Society & Technology journal, as well as it or the authors, must be clearly identified as owners of the copyright of the original publication. Any commercial use of the content of our publication will require the prior written permission of the Editor.
The journal Society & Technology makes it clear that all authors, by the mere fact of being, have a series of rights over their works that grant them full capacity and exclusivity to be able to exploit them, such as moral and economic rights.
