Intellectual property policy

The author declares:

• That the article is original, unpublished, derived from investigations and has not been postulated for publication in another journal simultaneously.
• That both peer review is accepted, as well as the possible corrections to the article that are debated, to communicate timely disagreement with certain pertinent aspects of the article.
• That, in case the article is accepted, there will be the necessary corrections in time to be stipulated.
• That there are no financial obligations with private non-governmental organizations that could affect the content, results of the conclusions of this publication.
