Preservation policy

The journal uses the Open Journal System (OJS), which is compatible with the LOCKSS (Lots of Coples Keep Stuff Safe) system that guarantees the journal permanent and secure archives.

You can consult the journal's LOCKSS publication manifest here. Deposit to it is through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which deposits content using the LOCKSS Program, which offers decentralized and distributed preservation. This allows journals that are not part of any other digital preservation service (such as CLOCKSS or Portico) the ability to be preserved for long-term access.

All files are stored on a server, for which a copy of all numbers is made. For this, the institutional server performs an incremental backup policy every 12 hours using JetBackup 5.

Additionally, our persistent identifier policy allows all metadata to be backed up in Crossref, as you can see in this link.
