Preparing a diagnosis of the organization in order to determine a strategic alternative for change is substantive of the developer thinking of the administration teams; They have their origins in the different types of qualitative and quantitative, general and specific analysis that converge to clarify the productive and organizational deficiencies to be competitive, to become effective and with quality in the goods or services that are offered to society; converging to analyze the occupational profile and training levels of human heritage, its capabilities within the organization. Collective determination designed for a short, medium and long term.
