The journal Sociedad & Tecnología, in its ninth volume, second issue of 2026, reaffirms its commitment to disseminating scientific knowledge as a public good at the service of society. This issue brings together research from diverse geographical contexts—Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Venezuela, Algeria, Yemen, Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador—demonstrating its international reach and its commitment to transcending academic and cultural boundaries. The plurality of approaches and issues addressed strengthens interdisciplinary dialogue and contributes to the collective construction of knowledge.
