The rapid pace of technological advancement in recent decades has profoundly transformed social, legal, and organizational dynamics globally, generating new challenges and opportunities that require rigorous interdisciplinary analysis. In this context, the relationship between technology, society, and law has emerged as a priority field of study, especially in developing countries where structural gaps constrain innovation and regulatory processes. As Vrontis et al. (2023) point out, the incorporation of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence not only redefines organizational models but also directly impacts human talent management and strategic decision-making.
