Diagnóstico de competências docentes digitais em uma instituição de ensino superior

As competências digitais são cruciais para os professores do século XXI. O objetivo deste estudo é avaliar o nível de competências digitais dos professores do Instituto Tecnológico de Durango em relação às cinco áreas do framework DigComp. O estudo com desenho não experimental e transversal é descritivo com abordagem quantitativa. Foi utilizado um instrumento adaptado e validado baseado no modelo DigComp. Participaram 83 professores dos diferentes departamentos acadêmicos da instituição. Os resultados demonstraram nível avançado na área de competência em busca e gestão de informações e dados. Por outro lado, a maioria dos professores possui um nível intermédio nas áreas de competência de comunicação e colaboração, segurança, criação de conteúdos digitais e resolução de problemas. Os resultados mostram que é aconselhável medir as competências digitais para planear estratégias de formação de acordo com as necessidades de cada departamento.
