Strategic and key processes of ECOING 12 using BPM technologies.

This research arises from the need to solve the deficiencies in the management of the information generated from the strategic and key processes of the integrated management system (SIG) of the ECOING no.12 of Cienfuegos. Due to the importance of these processes for the fulfillment of the strategic objectives of the company, the idea of developing a business process management (BPM) solution arises, since it presents process management in its work. Given the aforementioned problem, the objective of this work was to study methodologies for the analysis, design and implementation of these processes using BPM technology. The proposed methodology merges the best techniques of "Business Process Management: Rapid Analysis & Design" (BPM: RAD) and "Polymita", resulting in a concrete and practical methodology for the implementation of the strategic and key processes of said company.
