Resumen

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo examinar la influencia del aprendizaje emprendedor sobre la intención emprendedora en estudiantes del Departamento de (IESMS) de la Universidad de Tlemcen, evaluando simultáneamente los efectos mediadores de la autoeficacia, las normas subjetivas y el control conductual percibido en el marco de la Teoría del Comportamiento Planificado. Se adoptó un diseño de investigación cuantitativo, no experimental, basado en datos de encuesta recogidos a partir de una muestra de 412 estudiantes. Los datos fueron analizados mediante análisis de mediación utilizando el macro PROCESS de Hayes para SPSS (Modelo 4), con el fin de estimar las relaciones directas e indirectas entre el aprendizaje emprendedor y la intención emprendedora. Los resultados evidencian un efecto directo limitado del aprendizaje emprendedor sobre la intención emprendedora, mientras que se observan efectos indirectos más robustos a través del incremento de la autoeficacia, las normas subjetivas y el control conductual percibido. Estos hallazgos subrayan la relevancia de enfoques de aprendizaje experienciales y transformadores para fortalecer la motivación emprendedora en el estudiantado. El estudio puede contribuir al campo de la educación emprendedora, las políticas de educación superior y el desarrollo de ecosistemas emprendedores, al ofrecer implicaciones para el diseño curricular y los mecanismos de apoyo institucional en universidades de países en desarrollo. La originalidad de esta investigación reside en la integración de múltiples mediadores psicológicos para explicar cómo el aprendizaje emprendedor configura la intención emprendedora en contextos universitarios de países en desarrollo.
