This study aimed to analyze the impact of managing cultural diversity within a participatory framework on creativity, synergy, and conflict reduction in a multicultural institution. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the data collection tool, targeting a sample of 63 employees at the Friendship Hospital Cuba/Algeria. The analysis focused on four main axes: organizational values, transformational leadership, institutional communication, and cultural diversity. The results revealed a positive correlation between these variables and the enhancement of teamwork and innovation. The analysis was based on contemporary concepts such as organizational cultural intelligence and cultural differentiation management, along with the application of recent theories and approaches in organizational sociology. The study recommends developing flexible organizational mechanisms that consider the cultural dimension in administrative management.
