The Strategic Chessboard for the Change, a tool for transformation and development, for the collective, simple acting for areas and actions in personam well guided, they are in need of writing to each other and of getting constituted in a guiding document of transformations. In the organizations, where actions are various, convergent, simple and complex to do one's job, definitely you are very important to have it good written, clear-cut and very guided toward the collective objectives.
