Digitization and restructuring organizational relationships: a social study of the impact of technology on work structures and social policies

This article aims to study the impact of recent digital transformations on organizational relationships and social policies within organizations, focusing on the Main Public Library of Djelfa. In light of the rapid development of digital technology, digitization has become a fundamental factor reshaping work structures and organizational relationships within institutions. The study explores how digitization affects relationships among individuals within the library and how it contributes to improving organizational performance and enhancing efficiency. This study adopted a descriptive analytical methodology, collecting data through in-depth interviews with library leaders and employees to understand how digital technology influences their internal interactions, organizational relationships, and the challenges they face in adopting digital transformations. Emphasis was placed on dimensions such as resistance to change, the digital divide among employees, and the impact of technology on daily workflows. The study also aims to provide a comprehensive view of how digitization affects organizational structures within the library, highlighting the challenges and opportunities presented by these transformations. The research presents recommendations to enhance digital innovation and develop organizational policies that support digital transformation and ensure more effective organizational performance.
