Adopción de la IA de trabajadores en empresas venezolanas

La integración de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en el entorno empresarial ha pasado de ser una ventaja competitiva a un imperativo de supervivencia, generando tensiones críticas entre la tecnología disponible y las competencias laborales. El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la adopción de la IA y la percepción de los trabajadores sobre los programas de formación corporativa. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque empírico descriptivo-exploratorio se diseñó un cuestionario digital aplicado a 300 profesionales activos en el mercado laboral venezolano, pertenecientes a diversos sectores industriales. Se identificó una desconexión pedagógica estructural; aunque el 54,5% de las empresas utiliza IA generativa, el 72,7% de los trabajadores no ha recibido formación específica, fomentando un escenario de Shadow Learning o autoaprendizaje no regulado. La capacitación existente se limita mayoritariamente a charlas informativas (sensibilización) sin profundidad técnica ni ética. Los hallazgos desmienten que la resistencia al cambio sea la barrera principal; en su lugar, la falta de tiempo operativo y la inercia institucional frenan la adopción efectiva. Se concluye la necesidad urgente de formalizar el aprendizaje autodidacta y transitar de modelos voluntarios a un upskilling técnico obligatorio alineado con los procesos medulares del negocio.
