Adoção de IA por trabalhadores em empresas venezuelanas

A integração da inteligência artificial (IA) no ambiente empresarial passou de uma vantagem competitiva para um imperativo de sobrevivência, gerando tensões críticas entre a tecnologia disponível e as competências laborais. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar a adoção da IA e a percepção dos trabalhadores sobre os programas de formação corporativa. A investigação foi desenvolvida sob uma abordagem empírica descritiva-exploratória, tendo sido elaborado um questionário digital aplicado a 300 profissionais ativos no mercado de trabalho venezuelano, pertencentes a diversos setores industriais. Foi identificada uma desconexão pedagógica estrutural; embora 54,5% das empresas utilizem IA generativa, 72,7% dos trabalhadores não receberam formação específica, promovendo um cenário de Shadow Learning ou autoaprendizagem não regulamentada. A formação existente limita-se principalmente a palestras informativas (sensibilização) sem profundidade técnica ou ética. As descobertas refutam que a resistência à mudança seja a principal barreira; em vez disso, a falta de tempo operacional e a inércia institucional impedem a adoção efetiva. Conclui-se a necessidade urgente de formalizar a aprendizagem autodidata e passar de modelos voluntários para um upskilling técnico obrigatório alinhado com os processos centrais do negócio.
