Empreendedorismo acadêmico na Argélia: entre a realidade e os desafios

Resumo

Este estudo analisou o estado do empreendedorismo acadêmico na Argélia, com foco em sua realidade e nos desafios que limitam seu desenvolvimento. O objetivo foi diagnosticar a situação atual do empreendedorismo acadêmico e identificar as principais barreiras institucionais, socioculturais e pedagógicas que afetam sua promoção nas instituições de ensino superior. Foi utilizada uma metodologia qualitativa de caráter analítico, baseada na revisão de marcos teóricos e na análise de políticas, iniciativas institucionais e práticas educacionais relacionadas ao empreendedorismo. Os resultados demonstraram que, apesar do crescente interesse em promover o empreendedorismo por meio de programas universitários, incubadoras e estruturas de apoio, persistem desafios significativos. Entre eles destacam-se métodos de ensino tradicionais, limitada integração do empreendedorismo nos currículos, falta de docentes especializados, restrições socioculturais, barreiras de gênero e obstáculos burocráticos. O estudo também identificou que limitações financeiras e fraca coordenação institucional reduzem a eficácia das iniciativas. Conclui-se que o fortalecimento do empreendedorismo acadêmico na Argélia requer reformas abrangentes, incluindo abordagens pedagógicas inovadoras, maior apoio institucional e um ambiente regulatório mais flexível.
