The main objective of this study was to propose necessary actions to address cyberbullying in Ecuador, given the growing influence of information and communications technologies and the need to protect rights in the digital realm. A qualitative methodology based on documentary research was used. Through a systematic review of bibliographic sources, laws, international treaties, and Ecuadorian legal regulations, the objective was to understand the nature of cyberbullying and its impact in the Ecuadorian context. The research made it possible to identify the evolution of the problem of cyberbullying and its growing recognition in the country's legal regulations as a digital crime. The need to comprehensively address the protection of children, adolescents, and young people in digital environments was evident. The actions proposed to address cyberbullying in Ecuador were the result of a comprehensive analysis. The protection of the rights and well-being of vulnerable groups in the digital environment depended on the effectiveness of these measures.
