Educational management and institutional leadership are strategic dimensions for strengthening contemporary education systems. In a context characterized by constant social, technological, and organizational change, educational institutions face the challenge of developing efficient management models, transformational leadership processes, and evidence-based decision-making mechanisms. This issue of EDUNEXA, the Journal of Educational Research, dedicated to the theme of “Educational Management and Institutional Leadership,” brings together research focused on analyzing educational management models, transformational leadership, data-driven approaches to school improvement, institutional strategic planning, university governance, and human talent management. The published works provide relevant scientific evidence for understanding the challenges and opportunities faced by educational organizations at different levels of the system. This volume contributes to strengthening the academic debate on educational management as a fundamental tool for promoting quality, innovation, sustainability, and institutional development.
