Resumo

Dado o fracasso da abordagem tradicional da disciplina, é necessária uma mudança de paradigma em relação à justiça no contexto educacional. O objetivo deste estudo de sistematização é analisar o estado da produção científica sobre justiça restaurativa escolar; Para o qual é explorada a produção científica sobre o tema e sintetizadas as principais discussões encontradas. Para cumprir esses propósitos, foram utilizados métodos de revisão documental, hermenêuticos e estatísticos. As fontes consultadas foram Scopus, WOS e Scielo. Foram selecionados 30 artigos publicados entre 2018 e 2023 que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão. Entre as principais conclusões está que o país com maior produção científica sobre o tema são os Estados Unidos, seguido pelo Brasil. O ano com maior percentual de pesquisas é 2020. São identificadas e analisadas três categorias temáticas: a) justiça e práticas restaurativas, b) disciplina e convivência escolar e c) envolvimento docente. Além disso, é destacado o papel dos professores e das suas práticas na mudança da disciplina tradicional. Uma diversidade de estratégias e práticas restaurativas é reconhecida. Finalmente, é dada ênfase aos resultados positivos da implementação abrangente de programas de justiça escolar restaurativa.
