The user has become unable to keep pace with scientific and technological development in all fields, including educational institutions, as it is known that the Arab world needs a quantum leap in technological development, especially e learning, compared to developed countries.
E-learning has proven its worth during and after the Corona pandemic, as it has become the only alternative to traditional education, especially in educational institutions.
