Constitutional analysis of the restriction of the exercise of the right to the city for exercising the right to security

Abstract

This scientific article consists of an introduction in which the origin and main antecedents of the relationship between the right to the city and the right to security will be analyzed, based on the restrictions imposed by the sectional authority, the same as dates back to the (Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador). The methodology of this scientific article is developed through an interview conducted with a total of five professionals, who mention the importance of free and full enjoyment between the right to the city and the right to security, based on the restrictions imposed. by the sectional authority of the country, therefore; It must be analyzed from a civil, political and social point of view in conjunction with the restrictions, since this implies the payment of fees and royalties for occupying said spaces. The results and conclusions are focused according to the experts' determination regarding the impact of the restrictions on citizens in the Samanes 1 citadel of Guayaquil, especially on free transit as a collective right that guarantees the full life of citizens. human beings.
