Abstract

The article addresses the importance of didactic innovation as a requirement of the professional performance of educators. It is based on their need in the current moments of technological development and to promote developer learning in students. A review of the specialized literature on the subject was carried out in the different databases, then the theoretical triangulation was carried out in order to reach synthesis and partial conclusions. Among the main findings, the importance of the teacher assuming a conception of personality development based on the learner's affective cognitive unit, using methods that promote intellectual development and favoring the development of the learner's personality and ability are highlighted. to carry out learning throughout life. As a conclusion, it can be mentioned that didactic innovation in teacher training implies the training of professionals with a deep social commitment, increasing the efficiency of scientific and professional work, training at work, which means learning by doing and actively participating in education. scientific - technical and educational revolution.
